Business Development Representative – Gippsland

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team based in Morwell on a full-time basis. The role requires a highly motivated, results-driven and organised individual.  As a Sales Representative you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing the deal,  build on our existing sales and seek new business to ensure ongoing growth.

In this role you'll be responsible for: 

  • All sales in the On-Premise Wholesale Channel
  • Seeking new business
  • Working with existing customers to enhance our offer and sales
  • Liaising with suppliers on our customer behalf
  • Developing Wine & Drinks lists for customers that will drive growth
  • Your passion for building genuine relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Using customer feedback and industry & supplier insights to help develop and grow sales.

 

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Passion for the liquor industry
  • Prior experience in retail liquor or hospitality and have a good understanding of liquor products.

This is a hybrid role both office and on the road and you will be required to work full time at 40 hours per week.

Office Administration & Sales Support Assistant - Full Time/Part Time

We have a full-time or part-time position available in our administration team and is a great opportunity to be a part of Gippsland’s leading Liquor Retailer & Wholesale supplier. 

About the Opportunity 

Monacellars is looking for highly motivated and well organised person to join our customer service team. Any experience in sales support or administration will be a bonus.

This position has flexible working hours between 8am - 6:30pm and the opportunity for a 4-day working week (Tuesday - Friday) for the right candidate. 

Reporting to the office manager, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, both over the phone (outbound and inbound) and at reception. You will be required to perform several office duties including data entry, filling and Invoicing.  As part of our customer service & sales team, you will be ensuring no sales opportunities are missed and provide our customers with the best deal at the right price on every order.

Additionally, you will be maintaining a well-organised filling system, helping with marketing tasks and our websites, taking and processing orders and payments and any other duties as set out by management.

To be successful and to achieve the key performance indicators (KPI’s) in this role, you will need to, have a high attention to detail, listen attentively to customers, take down notes accurately, manage your email, calendar and contacts in order to stay organised.

Casual Liquor Retail Staff

About You

  • You have had experience working in the Retail or Hospitality Sector
  • You have a current RSA Certificate
  • Reliable

  • Available to work weekends and nights

About the role

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Provide our customers with excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store is well presented
  • Put away stock

We have multiple shifts available across our sites with a range of hours and days

  • Casual: 10+ hours

Stores Include; Morwell, Newborough, Korumburra and Warragul.

Casual Warehouse Pickers

About you

  • You have had experience working full time as a picker/replenisher in a big box retail outlet, warehouse, or logistics business.
  • You have a current forklift licence
  • You have a good knowledge of Gippsland
  • You are a strong communicator and bring good customer service skills
  • Experience with an electric pallet jack would be an advantage

About the role

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Check off deliveries
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Pick and pack orders
  • Put away stock

We have multiple roles across day & afternoon shifts

  • Full time: 38-45 hours per week for full time
  • Casual: 20+ hours

Truck Driver - HR/HC Gippsland

We currently have full time positions for HR or HC Drivers based in our Morwell (Gippsland) Distribution Centre.
