DELIVERY & CLICK AND COLLECT POLICY

STANDARD DELIVERY

Depending on your location your order will be delivered during business days within the period as follows:

Standard Metropolitan: 4 to 10 business days

Standard Country: 5 to 10 business days

Standard Regional: Up to 10 business days

 Please note: we do not offer same day delivery for online orders.

We do not offer shipping to the Northern Territory. 

In certain areas nominated by Australia Post your order will be available for collection at the local post office. 

In the event that Monacellars does not deliver in your area, your order will not be accepted.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Monacellars offers a local delivery service for customers located within 20kms of a Monacellars Store. Local delivery is available 1 business day after placing your order unless specified otherwise. 

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS

Click & collect is available for selected items at selected stores based on stock levels. 

If your item is in stock in the store, this will usually be available on the same day given your order is placed by 2pm on a business day. If there is a delay with your order, Monacellars will be in contact. 

Any orders placed after 2pm, will be processed the following day unless specified otherwise. 

Your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the counter of your selected store.
